Project Overview

This project was implemented at the scientific laboratory of an industrial group in Ningbo, China. It features a complete set of custom Lab-WB lab furniture, creating a modern scientific research environment that is standardized, safe, and efficient.

The project includes a comprehensive range of products, such as lab workbenches, fume hoods, open shelving, and glass storage cabinets, fully meeting the diverse needs of a scientific laboratory, including daily experimental operations and sample storage.

High-Strength Lab Workbenches and Specialized Countertops

The entire series of lab workbenches features a floor-standing design. The main structure is made of galvanized steel plate with a surface treated by electrostatic epoxy resin spraying, providing impact resistance, corrosion resistance, antibacterial properties, and stain resistance. The structure is sturdy and durable, making it suitable for high-intensity, long-term scientific research and development environments.

The lab workbenches are equipped with phenolic resin countertops, which offer excellent resistance to chemical corrosion, antibacterial properties, impact resistance, and wear resistance. High-temperature benches feature natural marble countertops, making them perfectly suited for various high-temperature experimental conditions and meeting the high-temperature resistance requirements of specialized experiments.

Safe and Energy-Efficient Fume Hood System

To comprehensively ensure laboratory operational safety, the project is equipped with variable air volume (VAV) fume hoods, featuring VAV butterfly valves, displacement sensors, and smart control panels at their core.

The equipment supports one-touch emergency exhaust, one-touch energy-saving mode, and unattended automatic energy-saving mode switching. It also features dual alarm functions for sliding door opening height and face velocity, providing dual safeguards for lab safety and energy conservation.

Zoned Storage to Support Standardized Lab Management

TThis project employs a combined storage solution of open shelving and glass storage cabinets to enable detailed, categorized management of samples and consumables.

Open Shelving: Suitable for frequently used laboratory consumables, sample storage bins, and plastic containers. The open structure ensures good ventilation and easy access, effectively improving experimental efficiency.

Glass Storage Cabinets: Equipped with tempered glass doors, these cabinets are specifically designed for storing precision glassware and standard samples. The transparent doors facilitate quick inventory checks.
